1 tablespoon raw honey
1/2 cup walnuts
1 cup figs (stems removed) OR dates
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Put all ingredients in a food processor on high until a dough like mixture forms. You may need to stop and scrape the sides and bottom.
Separate mixture into 10 evenly sized balls.
Store in an airtight container and enjoy the healthy goodness when you want!
