Honey Biscuits

3/4 cup raw honey
3 cups almond meal
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 cup macadamia oil
1/2 cup sultanas

Mix everything together and then roll into small balls about the size of a walnut. Place on baking paper lined tray and press them down a little. Cook for 15 – 20 minutes at 180 degrees celsius. Cool on a wire rack.
These delicious cookies will firm up a little after cooking but are meant to be chewy.
