2 tablespoons Four Little Bees raw honey
1 cup pitted dates (finely chopped)
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup rolled oats
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup of coconut oil
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
1/4 cup cocoa nibs
2 tablespoons water
Put all ingredients in a food processor on high until a dough like mixture forms. Make balls the size of a 20c coin and roll in extra desiccated coconut. Pop in the fridge/freezer and take out when you need. Warning - these Bliss Balls are addictive!
